3. We will charge a $500 deposit plus rental charge on your credit card at the time of confirming the booking, $500 deposit is returned back to your card when you return the car.
The insurance will not cover under the following circumstances and SUVrentalsa will not be liable for any compensation, resulting in any economic losses and consequences will be borne by you the customer, please be sure to avoid:
(1) Negligent driving
(2) Excessive speeding
(3) Driving after drinking
(4) Driving without a license
Our rental charges are inclusive of any and all insurance charges, as long as the driver is over 21 and holds an Australian License.
We provide cars with full tank fuel. All cars must be returned with full tank of fuel. If the car is not full tank upon return, we will charge $2.00 per liter for the fuel.
Q: What are the conditions to booking our's SUV? A: You must be over 21 years old and hold a valid license.
Q: If I am not having Australian licenses, can I book the SUV with you? A: Yes you can, we accept international licenses.

Q: Do you have to pay the insurance for the car? A: All our insurance costs are included in the rental price. We do not charge any extra for insurance.
Q: After the vehicle accident, can I repair the car by myself? A: No, Cars are repaired by our authorised smash repairers only.
Q: How to deal with vehicle breakdown? A: All our vehicles come with onsite road assistance. In case of a breakdown you can call our hotline number and we will organise roadside assistance for you.
Q: I have returned my SUV, when will I get my bond back? A: Bond is usually returned back to the same card within 7 business days. However it can vary from bank to bank.
Q: What happens if I return late? A: Up to 30 min late, there is no extra charge. If you are more than 30 min late, we will charge half day rental.
Q: Do I have to fill up fuel? A: All our cars come with full tank of fuel and must be returned full tank. In case the car is not returned full, we will fill at the nearest service station and charge $2.50/litre.
Q: Is there a cost if I need roadside assistance ? A: No, Roadside assistance is included in one rental price.
Q: If I have an accident, who do I contact ? A: You need to call the same number.
Q: Can I get a refund If I cancel my booking and prepaid my rental? A: We only issue refunds for cancellation made at least 24 hours prior to the booking.
